  I have always received stellar service from the MSCU team. I miss visiting the branch to see the staff. Regardless, remote engagement is working well.

  So, you cannot get to your bank without an appointment but nothing about this online or when you call the main number. A lot of other branches do not accept this bank so you are out of luck trying to get some cash when you lost your debit card. Also, they are closed during lunch but again nothing on the website about this. Ever since ownership changed nothing but bad service.

  We are sorry you did not see the information about needing to set an appointment to come to the credit union, but it has been posted on a banner on the home page of our website since March 2020. Due to the pandemic, the building that the credit union is in, has been closed the public. We did work with them to allow us to open for appointments on certain days and we are following the safety protocols that are in place. We understand your frustration with the shared branches closing their doors to outside members and not holding up to the agreement we had with the network of credit unions to help and assist our members. We too were disappointed that the shared branches no longer would accept outside members during the pandemic. We look forward to the time where we can get back to business as usual as things open back up, even if some additional safety protocols are in place. We will post any updates or changes on our website.
