      I came here yesterday to get a replacement debit card and the people who work here were not professional and rude to me. I was told it would be $15 for a new card which I had no problem paying. The woman at the desk went to ask the other woman in the office next to me if it could be taken out of savings and she loudly and snottily said that she sees me in here all the time and I have to pay no matter what (which I never had an issue with), and I haven’t even been in the state for the month of April so I’m not sure who she’s referring to. The woman at the desk basically ignored me when I said thank you have a nice day. I also went in like a week ago to do a few things and was left standing at the counter for 10 minutes completely ignored by the people in the back until a group walked in behind me. Go to the Stratford branch they’re much nicer and more professional.

      They wouldnt calculate my pending transactions towards my available balance so they kept transfering from savings to checking to cover transaction and charge $10 each time they currently took over $40 in fees, i had to wait double time in line at western union because they put unwanted spending limit on account, closing account this week, dont enjoy being banged up with fees and treated like a child with a financial advisor
