  I would give this company negative stars if I had the option. My husband and I had the displeasure of dealing with them when purchasing a home in November in PA. Our business with this company started out poor off the bat with one of the employees repeatedly addressing me as a completely different name in e-mails. Matters worsened when this same employee would request documentation and such from us, but give us less than 24 hours to get it back to her. In addition, she was very unreliable, saying she would call us back later that day and 2 days later, still no call. On multiple occasions, this individual had made false accusations against my husband. She also told us lies and would constantly tell us a different story each timed we spoke. My husband and her had many heated conversations. It got so bad that we had to request not to deal with this employee for the remainder of our business with them and we had the owner and/or manager handle it. Needless to say, we were very glad once settlement was over and we no longer had to deal with this company. Fast forward 5 months, my husband receives a call from the before mentioned employee, being accused of messing up at settlement. We were told that our check that we gave at settlement wasn't good and we didn't correctly go about transferring our funds from one bank account to another or receiving a cashier's check (despite the fact that we did exactly what we were told to do by this company and had proof of their instructions in an e-mail). The employee also said we did not provide her with proper documentation and requested we send it to her, though it indeed had been sent to her, again with e-mails as proof. She then went on to tell us that if we did not give her the information we needed we could lose our house.... Now, neither my husband nor myself are in the real estate or banking business, however, we do have enough common sense to know that if there was an issue on our end at settlement, we would not have been given our house and then threatened to have it taken away 5 months later. (Our realtor friends confirmed the unlikeliness of this as well). My husband had been harassed for several days over this by both the previously mentioned employee and the owner/manager. Again, this lead to many heated conversations filled with lies and false accusations. Turns out, this company was being audited and trying to cover up their mistakes by blaming us. We then received a notice by our mortgage company several weeks later stating we were being refunded for a few thousand dollars in overcharges from settlement. Coincidence? Unlikely.
