  Lauren Spencer is an outstanding realtor. She did a fantastic job of selling our Rio Del Mar home. The list of skills she has would be a long list. She listens well, has creative ideas, is prompt with communication. Our home needed to be made more presentable. Lauren has a long list of very professional contacts that did a wonderful job. We used gardeners, plumbers, painters, stagers, cleaners and a handy man. The home looked wonderful. Lauren also knows very well all the intricacies of the paperwork required for a house sale. She always knew what and when a signature was needed. We were able to get almost 50% over our asking price. I would wholeheartedly suggest Lauren Spencer to provide for your real estate needs.

  Lauren recently helped us sell our home of 24 years. Because we were staying in the neighborhood and wanted to attract a "local" buyer and not simply hit the top of the market, we spent a 6-month partnership with her. Lauren was a pleasure every step of the way -- always professional, always responsive, with a huge Rolodex of the best contractors. Her marketing of our home was superb. She found us wonderful buyers who were highly-qualified and brought us in at the top of the market. We cannot recommend her more highly.
