      I am writing this review for Carmen she is a leison to my company providing Solar Loans in San Diego to my solar customers. She makes herself so accessible and works beyond the 9-5 to respond to all my questions and requests. If a loan is possible she makes sure that no matter what branch they apply with, that my client gets the best chance @ a great rate . I recommend this bank for personal loans, they have the rates even a big bank can't compete with with a small business approachability. I love Carmen #employeeofthemonth
