I have always had excellent service and dealing with this credit union. I do love the shared banking since they are not open on Saturday's any longer. I have had several loans through them in the last 15 years and I have never ever had a problem.

Worst bank. Do not recommend! I had my money stolen and had to get my debit card replaced, I've been waiting almost two months for it. They've issued me one 3 times within that time frame and still nothing. Don't trust them with your money or your time. Also staff is very rude and not helpful.

I have been an HCU member for 30 years. It was once a great institution. Sadly that has completely changed. This is apparent from not only my personal experience but of those that have posted here. Also, note the lack of monitoring and follow-up here by HCU on these complaints. This should also give you some indication of their lack of compassion/detail for service. I recently had an issue with a credit card and expiring points that have accrued over many years. I was never given any warning about this. The solution, I was told was unresolvable and that "They could not force me to read my statements". Well, perhaps they can read this statement. I am EXPIRING all of my accounts with this institution. It is also worth noting that there may be a decision on moving away from FDIC....Scary! With an exodus of members, this may prove to be a very risky investment for those existing members.
