NACA is an amazing first-time home buyers' program. One of my friends purchased through NACA a couple years ago and she had nothing but positive things to say about the program. I decided to attend the homebuyer's workshop earlier this year and give the program a try. It does take a while to get an appointment just based on the number of people currently interested in the program but I have faith that it will all be worth it. I am still going through the process but I will say that my NACA counselor Kimberly was extremely thorough and professional. She gave me all the information I needed and also let me know what additional documents were necessary. I encourage anyone interested to be patient and try to get all necessary documents uploaded upfront to cut down on the waiting times. I am almost there and i'm so excited. I hope to provide another review after I close on my new home.
