  THEY STEAL MONEY FROM YOU, double count your money!!! The cashiers tried to steal money from me!!! Them miscounted my money leaving out $300!!! When I went back in to have it recounted, both the cashiers looked at each other scared and them blamed the count on the register… the cashier I worked with hid the money from me as the figured out the “problem”

  I went in to inquire about a loan that I had applied for. After the secretary referred me to her boss is when my unpleasant experience began. The women I was referred to was extremely rude. Instead of answering my questions she told me she isn’t going to argue with me, when I had totally valid questions. I appreciate that this company is trying to give out loans during Christmas time, but it is now the 20th of December, and I have not gone Christmas shopping. Poor planning on their behalf. Maybe I will be approved for this loan, I’m just going to have to deal with the insane holiday shopping crowds because this company could not get their loans out until a few days before Christmas. All I wanted to know was if I was going to get the loan or if I needed to tap into my savings to buy Christmas presents for my family. What I received was a very uncompromising and callous woman. Coming from a customer service background, I am very baffled with this woman’s attitude, and I would never speak to my customers in such a way. I advise staying away from this place, unless you don’t mind being treated poorly.
