The staff has always been very nice and easy to work with. It's just important to keep them in the loop as soon as anything happens or call before you miss the payday to arrange a different date. I have never had a single negative interaction and never have to wait on hold. Even in rough moments they were very understanding and helpful.

We had nafco for about 7 months. First they put a device on your car in case your late they will turn your car off. 2nd they do not report your good standing with the credit bureau. When we refinanced the new company couldn’t find nafco on our report. When we did refinance and nafco was paid off there was a overage. Nafcos policy is to not send you your extra money from YOU paying but to send it back to your new loan company. This is unheard of. I do not recommend nafco. The staff are polite to the account owners but refuse to work with anyone else on your behalf.

THE WORST. Any 5 star review for this company is from an employee to try and help their Google rating. Do not trust the reviews OR the people from NAFCO. They manipulate, intimidate, and make your life worse. They refuse to record their phone calls as to not be held accountable for what they say. When you do communicate with them, make sure it's through email. I've noticed those who email with them don't experience as many problems. If NAFCO is the only lender willing to help you buy a car, get a bike and work on your credit.
