      As a previous reviewer posted, debits will often post before credits, ridiculously long hold times before releasing funds, excessive fees for everything! Several times I was charged a $29 overdraft fee for an item less than $5 (and I had direct deposit) and they refused to reverse. There's also no limit per day on overdraft fees, poor customer service, inconvenient hours of operation, few locations and VERY uncooperative Access-24 phone banking service is the WORST!

      I have been a customer for sometime. I wish they would open more branches. You have to go so far out to get to one. Need more in Maryland. Like Germantown, Frederick, hyattsville etc. Come on make customers happy.
