  Worst bank ever, cant even conduct normal business like a wire transfer, denied my wire because "India" doesn't like my reason. And then says its policy but cant prove it and just says our policys is online go search it up smh, and ofc when you ask for a manager they are conveniently off. Very very disappointed and lost a very loyal customer. The staff at the branch, 5 stars! Always friendly and helpful. Just your wire policies are bogus.

  I've been a member for over 25 years. Each time I opened a dispute it was found not in my favor. I think there were only 3 disputes since I stopped even making the disputes when it was clear they won't ever be in my favor. The last one is fresh in my mind so here goes. Someone defrauded me out of $215. He said if I paid him money on Zelle he would ship me some headphones he had listed on craigslist. I paid, but he never sent the headphones. Zelle said I should open a dispute with my bank, NASA FCU. I did that. It was obvious the transaction was fraudulent because the person I was communicating with was male and the name on the zelle account was female. Anyway, NASA FCU gave me a credit and, without any request for more information, two months later reversed the credit saying the case was closed and that it was a final decision. If they needed more documents proving things why didn't they ask? I have to assume it is because NASA FCU like to support crooks. It is a bad company, and doesn't care about this customer, but does like to support illegal activities, including scammers on craigslist and other sites. Since it supports illegal movement of money, NASA FCU should be investigated, IMO. They have never done anything the least bit helpful (beyond what is required) in any situation I can recall of. Most interactions are how to fix a problem they caused, like them denying charges for companies not located in the USA, for example.
