      While the staff are generally exemplary, the methods of handling scenarios and of dealing with unhappy customers fall far short. I have had great trust in this CU since before they merged (I used to work for FDIC and was a member of their CU) but things seems to have spiraled out of control as of late. My card gets locked out, declined inexplicably, flagged for suspicious activity that's nothing of the sort, etc.
