      I have been a member for over 25 years. I am happy to have Nassau Financial in my corner when I have had to deal with financial matters over the years. Recently Reneka went above and beyond when I purchased my car out of my lease. She is wonderful to work with. You can't find a better team in banking to work with.

      They don't have enough staff to take care of customers. There's only one person per branch who can help with loan processing. Good luck in getting someone to help you if you need immediate assistance. Otherwise, expect to wait for at least one hour or come back another day!

      Went there this morning, lobby door to atm open but of course the machine is down AGAIN. Regular lobby NOT open! Very frustrating and this is third time this has happened to me. Closest one is Levittown very inconvenient.
