      Just when I was about to give up Tasha Jones came through on this credit. Now every time I check my portal that score keep progressing. Y’all trust the 90 days. Do your part as well. You definitely will see results by your 90 days. 🤞🏾🔥

      I do appreciate the work that Natasha Credit service has done for my account however, there are a couple things that I am displeased with such her lack of communication and to keep appointments when scheduled. A client should not schedule a check In and call to have to remind her that she has an appointment with them. Also the monthly follow ups that were txtd notifying the client the progress their account is making just stopped. Furthermore being educated on different things to help improve my credit profile was never discussed or recommended, I had to take initiative and research things on my own that would help my account that I feel she should have had knowledge of. The communication and education wasn’t consistent and needs to be improved.

      This year was a tricky tax year for filing taxes. I am so happy and beyond grateful for finding Natasha’s tax services! Not only was she super knowledgeable and professional but she was so nice. She made sure she explained everything and that I fully understood it all.
