My mother passed away from Covid, and I was left a box of her jewelry and was unsure if it was costume or real, I called around to many different jewelry stores and pawn shops and none of them would help me. I finally tripped across Nathan‘s and the owner said absolutely come in, he would be happy to help me. He took the time to go through each and every piece so as to not miss anything and gave me ballpark estimates and understandings of their historical and/or monetary value. I cannot thank him enough for his patience, kindness, and thoughtfulness in going through every piece. He has helped me with this issue during a very difficult time and I’m eternally grateful.

They lie, I called about pawning a TV monitor, 7 months old flat screen. Over the phone they promised they'd take it, spent 30 min strapping it up and rode it up there on a bike just to be told it didn't match their criteria. The guy Sat there for 10 min while I took the makeshift strap off watching knowing he wouldn't take it. I'm very upset with this business. I called first for a reason. Additionally you're response is a lie because you did promise something over the phone which I have the call recorded.
