That was above and beyond in my book. I have banked there for many years. But today i had to wait 45 minutes to open a savings accounr.

      We have both have used the customer service at our branch probably too many times to count this year. I have been with the bank about 7 years and have been happy with the service This year we have had to ask many favors that are outside the normal things. The staff has been very gracious and we really appreciate it.
