      For a bank that just started it has been doing pretty well with what a bank usually does. It gives you your monthly statements, the app is easy to use, the staff is kind and understanding, the atmosphere is very calm and friendly.

      This horrible bank does not look out for their customers. Recently a senior citizen fell for a online scam and sent most of their life savings overseas. The bank ignored several red flags and could of done a well being check with the family and chose not to look out for the best interest of their senior customer. The bank President fast Eddie Meier only cares about money please be wearing about doing business with them. They do not care about their customers

      Switched because previous bank card kept getting hacked, kept getting spam phone calls, etc. Just nothing but problems. With this bank I've had NONE of that. The staff were beyond helpful and accomodating. I was anxious to switch because moving all of my pay checks, bills, etc was going to be a huge pain but they did everything they could to make it easier for me. Outstanding service, great staff, none of the problems I'd had before. Definitely recommend.
