      Some of the haughtiest, most rude bank staff I’ve ever encountered. It’s not unusual for their tellers to think themselves as entitled as the bank owners, despite only making a small bit more than the minimum wage. Their customer service isn’t much better. One would think a small local banking chain would try and go out of their way to accommodate their customers but not NBB. Luckily for us there are dozens of other options…
