  I was always incredibly leery with banks and never had an account anywhere until my late 20s. This place was my first bank and I love coming here to see the friendly faces. Any time I needed something, they took the time to make sure I got help or understood what was needed of me.

  Such a unprofessional bank I ever dealt with and this organization doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. This bank strives on their vacation times for our agent was on vacation every other week because of that we weren’t able to close on a house in a short amount of the time. They actually have the worst communication with the customer and they don’t even want your business with the airhead attitude. I could till they weren’t hired for there knowledge. Always had to go find out or I have to talk to my manager if they even have one. All I can say is go with a different lender before you even go this bank there is no time trust with them. Also sent my important information through a unsealed envelope. So one word sums this bank up as a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!
