I recommend going after 2 PM when the morning shift leaves. Those workers normally aren’t very friendly and less cooperative when it comes to customer service. I have received much better human interaction and human pleasantries from evening staff over the years. Nothing personal and I’m sure that it’s not directed at me I bet but always having to combat someone when trying to make a deposit is annoying when I have other things to do. Makes you want to look for other banking institutions or not bank at all. The other two locations provide people to help you with big things or little things. W no hassles and question as to “why I’m making a deposit “

Wanted to borrow money for a house and hastily got an application done by Kimberly. Didn’t get the full picture of my loan, what I wanted to do, or what I had to bring to the table regarding both money and collateral. I was denied on terms that I didn’t even want! 12 months?! Of course my payments would be high… ugh. Would not recommend. Stick with credit unions!
