Our church had a great experience. All the staff were professional and friendly and quick to respond. I give special kudos to our loan officer, Mike Gryczka, who above and beyond to secure the best options for our construction loan and answer all our many questions. Outstanding customer service. The online portal feels a little clunky but has lots of info and is not difficult to figure out.
