Our Original bank national bank of waupun was always great along with Ben! After the switch we were hesitant, but when In need of business expansion this year National exchange was absolutely a Pleasure to work with. Our banker Ben Buteyn made the process very simple and straight forward. All our business banking will be at National exchange in the future!

Seems my account (debit card) is constantly getting hacked. In turn they freeze my account which leaves me to depend on my credit cards to live off of until a new card is received (usually 10 days). New card comes and I have to go thru and change my account information for each of my monthly bills. Seems there should be a way around this grief and serious frustration. 😠This is the third time this year. Never happened when they were National Bank of Waupun, only since ownership has changed to National Exchange.
