Great place for local business. As a local business owner who frequently goes to National Exchange Bank in West Bend I appreciate that they know me as I walk in, and call me when something is not right. They are extremely trustworthy and I have been loyal to them since the start. They certainly are wonderful at customer service. I have never seen a single person ever have a bad day. I had lost my debit card..called 4 a New they said it would take 2 weeks.So after 3 weeks i called them ...Oh um no one ordered it 4 u...WOW SO GLAD U VALUE UR COSTUMERS
