This is a company apart from the rest. Alan Bazzi has gone out of his way to provide the kind of service that should be a standard for this industry, but sadly it is not. He is not only a mortgage broker but will handle your loan as if you are family and will not give up until he gets you the best terms in the most beneficial way. National Mortgage Group is the absolute best. They were with us every step of the way as we purchased our first home and I will be forever grateful. We got the best rate! I mean, my coworker who was buying a house at the same time was JEALOUS of our rate!! We had everything so expertly explained to us - and I’m the kind of person who wants to understand every little detail. They advocated for us when it was needed. I felt like I had a family member on “the inside”! They are so professional and knowledgeable and took the stress right off our shoulders. I had two mortgages done by this mortgage company. One last year, one this year. Both were refinancing. One was difficult as there was some additional title issues. Alan, our loan officer, stayed very engaged with lenders and worked out all issues. Both loans closed with the best interest rates available on the market at that time. Would highly recommend this mortgage company for refinancing or purchase.
