      Get Out!!!!! If there is a good review for this company it is probably a lie!!!! They have hundreds of complaints with the better business Bureau for not paying out peoples claims. Ive been hearing for sometime this company is a scam but didn't believe it. Go to the BBB's website to see all the horrible experiences. I have been trying to cancel my policy and everytime I call customer service I'm hung up on!!!

      If you are looking to put your trust into a company who will pay for short term disability, this is not the one for you. Read the reviews below, also. I am not the only one to have issues. I put in a claim for two weeks leave for foot surgery the end of February. May 11, and still waiting. They drag their feet. They do not pay. They claim that documents were not received from my surgeon. The surgeon's secretary showed me the fax receipt. I had him refax and called and complained. Suddenly the docs appeared. They never told me they wanted my Primary Care info until APRIL. The salesperson was all about how fast the short term disability is paid if there is no preexisting condition. Hogwash.
