      I love this bank, my favorite by far. I would rate higher, but too many times the ATM has not been working. When this happens, of course you pay fees for the ATM that you are using, but the bank also charges you to use another ATM...not really happy that I have to pay extra fees because the ATM is out of service just about every time. I can't make it to the bank during normal banking hours, so many of my transactions are done via the ATM. This needs to be addressed otherwise I'd give them 5 🌟
