  Answered questions when asked and when Laura Johnson needed something she asked and we tried to get it back to her as soon as possible. Refi went quickly and did not have any issues. Very professional.

  Not a good experiance at all. They start with a good sales pitch telling me 30 days to close the deal, 3.0% rate and told me it wouldnt be a problem to pull out equity. After waiting nearly 2 months and multiple calls/ emails i finally received the underwriters draft and it was not good. They could only get my rate to 3.5%, they wouldnt include fire insurance, no cash out, payments up by 100 a month and added 40k to the loan ballance. Needless to say i wouldnt accept the deal and the not so plesant girl i had been working with became super rude amd insulting. Basically Nations talked me into spending $700 on a apprasil that showed 70k in equity, wasted 2 mo ths working on paperwork then gave a horrible deal. I cant belive i just threw away 700 bucks for absolutely nothing other than a rude attitude. I find this 5 star rating super suspect and do not belibe ot. No company with customer service could have this rating. I know i am not the only person with a negative comment.

  Can't believe I'm writing the first review, but here it goes! We were first time home buyers and needed a lender we could trust and who would answer all of our questions. Alysha Boles at Dignified was our loan officer and she was amazing! She answered all of my questions (there were many), and really gave us options that helped lessen our monthly payments. We closed in record time (less than 30 days) and she worked seamlessly with our realtor and the title/escrow company. I always felt taken care of and like I was a priority! Thanks Alysha for making this experience so easy and rewarding for us!
