      I would not recommend this company. Four days before closing my loan, I learned the company would not be able to fund the loan. Due to a situation, the lender should have figured it out before going through the entire process. Especially since I explained the problem thoroughly, don't waste your time with the company.

      In my 16 years as a Real Estate Broker never worked with a title company so negligent and unknowledgable like this one. I will post on my different real estate networks to stay away from the services of this company since they don't know how to deal with seller's closing documents and processes in general. My clients and I are so frustrated from the experience point of view being more than 24 hours since seller and buyer signed and my client still has not received the funds because they are still figuring out all the documents they were missing and that my client needed to sign. Is just unbelivable that a company this big have so many unprofessional people in charge to provide a so low customer service. If there were -1000 points in reviews I would give them that and less.
