      Talked to an agent named Kelly over aweek ago who said she would relay my question to Mr Chapman. Still waiting to hear back from him. I have since heard back from Mr. Chapman twice and I believe he is doing everything in his power to address my situation. At this point I've changed my rating to a 5 Star Review and I thank him for going the extra mile.

      I have been with Nationwide since I moved here about 15 years ago. By far, the best Insurance Company I have ever had. Everyone there is always so helpful. They always go out of their way to make sure I am a happy and satisfied client. I could not imagine using another insurance Company, especially this location.

      Brian Chapman and his agency is by far the best insurance company I've ever dealt with I'm 62 years old and that's saying a lot I was with all state for almost 30 years I moved to Pennsylvania I've been with them he is outstanding he is not just a talker he is a doer he gets results he does and says what he's going to do and he does it you can't ask for more than that and he's honest 100%. I advise you if you're looking to get insurance that this is the place you need to go!
