  Overall the company did what it stated it would do, find me a loan with the best available terms. They found multiple offers and I eventually settled on a particular offer and the deal was sealed. So the Pros are: They work tirelessly to find you the type of loan you're looking for. They find multiple offers and the communication is almost daily, they have a great communications network. The consultant was very friendly and professional and went the extra mile to make sure I understood the process and provided any help that was needed. The Cons are: The consultant fee I feel is a little high, 10.9%. I understand time is money and they have a lot of resources but I feel the fee is a little expensive. It would be better if it were half that amount or at least single digits. Access to personal information. I was very uncomfortable allowing access to some very sensitive information that was necessary to proceed through the loan process. So far there haven't been any issues but with the rampant identity theft cases, it makes you a little uncomfortable giving people access to some private and personal information, namely financial access. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service I received and I would recommend them to someone who's interested in finding a loan but don't have the time to search multiple lenders for themselves.
