This company is non flexible, and has no empathy for others! Do not waste your time! After my husband got hired, mind you he waited for 3 weeks to even start the job, he picked up his equipment today and returned home. Very excited to finally start this job after a very intense background screening and hiring process. A little back story first: (When he was interviewing for the job he told the hiring agent that he was a stay at home dad and would need to take his lunch break earlier to pick up our son who literally goes to school 5 mins down the steet. They said they could work with him.) Today after he picked up his equipment (half a day down the drain to pick it all up, not to mention the gas wasted) they said he could not take his lunch break earlier and he would need to find someone else to pick his son up. After several minutes of pleading to them that he was told he could be worked with in regards to picking up our son, they told him they were sorry they couldn’t accommodate him. What a freaking joke! People who work from home are mostly people who are stay home parents who need some flexibility, and who NEED a supplemental source of income to meet their financial needs. That’s why they work from home, because they have reasons that they NEED too. For a company who claims to be soooo busy, and in such need of great workers they just let an amazing worker go, over a 5 minute request to pick up his son. Moral of the story….. if you need flexibility, do not work here. One of the rudest, most inconsiderate business I have ever seen. Didn’t even get a chance to plug the computers in before we were forced to choose our son or a job. Ridiculous.
