      This was our second time working with Colin. The first time was about 9 years ago. He came to our house twice throughout the process to explain all of the numbers and collect paperwork. Lowest rate we could find. We're glad we called him again.

      I wish everything in life was as easy as getting this mortgage. We downsized recently. Bought a smaller house. Everything went so smooth from beginning to end and Colin was available whenever we had questions which was often. I recommend Colin at Navesink Home Loans.
