      I am paid in full with my parent loan! I had no problems with Navient. I have another parent loan with FedLoan. I may transfer that loan over to Navient.

      Watch your payment allocations closely! I paid extra and specified that the entire payment should go to a specific loan (this would close that loan out). When the payment went through, it was divided between several loans. This kind of practice keeps all loans open causing more interest for you to pay. I called Navient once I noticed and was given the "So sorry, we can reallocate this for you", but this was after another interest payment was made for both loans.. Shady stuff. This is the second time something like this has happend to me when trying to pay extra or finish a loan out completely.
