      I am so upset at this institution, I've been trying to fix my wife's banking account transfer ability ,since my wallet and all id's were stolen and they have been totally useless. My wife is bed ridden and handicapped and they insist I drag her to a branch to verify her account. I already have all her security info I just want some online banking issues answered? OMG

      Applied for a loan through this Branch to refinance my car in favor of a lower interest rate. I have excellent Credit for someone my age and more. Anywho, I had been on the loan myself with another financial company, never missed a payment and then they say that I must have a co-signer and I said I never needed one, I've always been on a loan myself never had an issue. She said she'll speak with her manager. She calls back saying I must have a co-signer in her voicemail she left... I just said forget this and didn't call back. Leave it at that, but no then just the other day I get a letter in the mail saying Navaigant rejected me for the loan. I get that I never replied but that's just rude. Unsatisfied and will never deal with them again.
