Deposited a check after closing on my house a cashiers check and they still put a 5-10 day hold and take the funds out of your account before they are even available to me that is a little insane on navy federal part for a cashiers check but customer service is good only reason for two star review

I do not have a problem with the branch. But the generic phone number given I am not trying to call Navy Federal I'm trying to call this specific branch and I can't and it's making me angry.
