      Terrible customer service, ZERO fraud protection. Navy Federal is the type of place that will only have one teller helping customers while fully staffed- there are plenty of people walking around "looking busy", but none of them busy helping customers. And if there is a problem with a debit card transaction (like a 7-11 ATM that malfunctions), you're basically on your own. They'll file the federally mandated dispute for you, but you have ZERO protection. Your loss is your loss, even if you're not at fault. Find a financial institution that protects you from fraud- NAVY FED isn't that institution.
