Just trying to make a deposit however it takes 45 mins because they only have one teller available with 8 people in line and they have the nerve to hire someone as a host who literally stands around and does nothing. You don't need a host at a bank you need tellers who can actually help the members. Terrible management. Poor girl up front having to shoulder the load herself. Will give an extra star for her.

Don’t go here if you need help. We CALLED to make an appointment AND double checked to make sure we had EVERYTHING we needed confirmed and showed up and no one was ready for our appointment AND we had NONE of the “required” documentation even after DOUBLE CHECKING before we left the house!! Way to go! Customer service is truly an oxymoron! 🤦🏽♂️
