      The line is always out the door when I drive by, and maybe it's due to covid, but I've never seen more than 2 tellers working inside at a time. Regardless, I went to deposit a check and was informed a 2-business day hold would be placed on it due to the amount. Understandable. Just called NFCU customer service # as the check still hasn't cleared and was informed it's 5 business days, not 2. If the lady who helped me was in fact the branch director, as was stated on the office plaque, it's a little worrisome that company policy isn't correctly known. Also this is the third experience I've had where I feel like I'm being upsold at this branch, a huge pet peeve at a bank.

      I purchased a vehicle and it was over an hour long wait to have the check printed on my first visit to this location. The second visit was for getting the title signed by Navy Federal and I was told it would be a two hour wait to get a signature. There is absolutely no reason for these transactions to warrant such a ridiculous wait time.
