      1.) Been with them since 2009, and still have to jump through fire to get loans, credit card limit increases, refinancing, etc. Credit is very good, plus I make a great amount of income. 2.) On 04/07/2022, I recently came into the local NFCU branch to deposit an Certified Check from PenFed. Upon depositing the check, I was told that their would be only an 1 business day hold on the account. Saturday 04/09/2022, I checked my account for my account balance. And my checking account was negative, due to NFCU placing an additional 5 day hold on my check for suspected fraud!! After spending 2 hours on the phone with their representatives and even stopping by my local NFCU branch. I still wasn’t able to get a clear understanding of why this happened, after being told it would clear in 1 business day. After this experience from NFCU and other outrageous reasons. I will be taking my deposits and business over to PenFed today!!!!

      After I tried depositing my check on the mobile app I came to the ATM that wasn't taking the check either. I want to go inside the branch the front desk closed the door and didn't want to help me out I asked for the manger she claimed she was. When I went next day to the branch I was told she wasn't the manager she was a greeter.
