      Awesome people & trained to the tee! Wouldn't change banks unless I have problems like I did when child support was hounding me for another Victor Duncan!

      This review is for the Collins Road Branch in Jacksonville FL. This is the worst branch. We have been banking with NFCU for over 30 years and we absolutely love banking with NFCU. However, the Collins Road branch in Jacksonville FL treats me, my businesses and my accounts very terribly. They refuse to take my cash in the drive through and sends the tube back to me and tells me to come into the branch instead. I never get treated like this at other branches. This last time, they told me "You have been told before that you need to come in to deposit this much money." That is almost exactly how they said it. And once again, it is only this branch that refuses to take my money in the drive through. I am ready to take all our accounts out of NFCU just because of how horribly their service is at this branch. I would not be sad if this branch closes. So if I were you, take your money somewhere else because I'm getting ready to.
