      There was nothing short of exceptional customer service. From the point of entrance to the establishment, I was immediately attended to. Everyone was polite and helpful, really felt at home.

      I was going to move my banking from USAA so I could have a local branch. After waiting an hour while the one deposit services rep was still handling the same customer I gave up. Pretty sure I don't need a local bank that can't handle its customers. I should have read these reviews prior to wasting all morning.
