      I just left from this navy federal and James was the one who assisted me and was extremely helpful. I’m in the process of getting my first car at 19, and he broke everything down for me. So next time y’all go ask for James!!!❤️

      This branch has the absolute worst customer service of any bank I have ever visited. I was told by customer service 800 number to go to this branch because it was close to my current location at the time. I waited 45 minutes attempting to get a paper notarized. All while I was waiting, One person went to lunch, another person said she to the greeter she wanted to work a project and wasn’t taking any customers and finally when the last notary decided to help me he said we do not notarize anything pertaining to a trust. This document stated that I am the grantor of a trust( not the trust itself). The 800 number called the bank to verify they could help me with the document and was told yes I should come. The was a hour and a half of my time and nothing accomplished. Only one representative noticed my long wait and that the others were goofing off therefore acknowledged I was there and came and told me he would help me but he was not a notary. The other 3 representatives laughed and talked among each other. I will never go to this branch again.
