I swear, every time I have to do anything here, they are always so helpful and informative. I haven't had a bad experience here yet. I've gotten 2 car loans from them and a CD account and honestly, this bank has been the best I've ever had, especially considering I was in the Army and had different banks due to available branches in said areas. I really feel like you can't go wrong opening an account with them.

Very slow service! Waited over an hour for service. They seem to be severely understaffed for the volume of customers they have. Greeter and manager did not pitch in despite line out the door.

So we got _ _ _ _ and thought wow their is no way any financial institution could possibly be greater. We started hearing navy federal was the way to go , navy federal is even way better. Every person would say the same thing, so we finally started an account. For one _ _ _ _ is not every where like Navy Federal. Second thing is with navy federal you can just about think about what ever you want and its it's done.
