      Please don't bank with these people!! Go to another credit union who is trusted. All of the Navy Federal Credit Union are no one to be trusted. Especially the dispute department. The dispute department will not be on your side even if its not your fault. They will give you the amount of the item that you are disputing back into your account. Once they made a long long decision after you made a purchase that wasn't your fault on the company that you are disputing. They will believe the other company side and will take the dispute amount from your account back after it wasn't your fault and put your account into a negative. PLEASE PLEASE go to another credit union. Their dispute department is not to be trusted!! Trust me,
