      This branch is awful. The customer service is very poor and wait times are unacceptable. Michelle was talking to another customer while assisting me which I found very unprofessional. Next, the CSR who opened my account, didn’t even get her name because she didn’t introduce herself, opened my account with the wrong name, she had a real lack for attention to detail. The application I filled out clearly stated the name, instead she assumed the name based on my other accounts. I didn’t find out until I called customer service because she didn’t provide any summary account documentation after opening my account, which is a first. Ive never had such a poor experience with Navy Federal in the 20+ years of membership. My advice.... visit another branch.
