      Horrible wait time at this location. The only Branch in Montgomery. One teller works the inside helping customers with deposit/withdrawal and another works the drive thru(2 lanes) while 3 other assistants help with other business. I have stood in line for over 30 minutes waiting to see the teller. During lunch hours and pay days the line to get into the parking lot is in the street. If you end up parking in the small parking lot before the rush comes you will be trapped in there until someone is kind enough to let you out. Very under staffed.

      Some how my $500 a week work check keeps getting a hold on it for a whole week.. meaning if I get paid this Friday and put my check in my account I want be able to use the funds till the following Friday… $500 seriously.. with all the scamming going on in the world you guys would hold a weekly pay check that you can see I cash every week.. and will not give me a reason or give me a person to talk to… only thing else is I’m black and I guess my check isn’t trust worthy
