      1 star simply for the fact that there is no way to call the branch. The only number listed is the customer service line for all of Navy Federal. That is ridiculous.

      I visited the Branch in Cherry Hill , NJ for the first time. I was very satisfied with the service. I had several issues needing resolution and each one was handled with care and efficiently. I had been with NFCU since 2006 and this would be the first time I actually use the bank . I wished that I was not so far from it.
