      Best bank I have ever had. They are so helpful and friendly. Also the only bank I've had that you can get a debit card printed at a branch location. That's a HUGE plus!

      I've always experienced great customer service here in the past. Today I came in to make a deposit and requested some coin holders to turn in a bunch of coins. Unexpectedly two employees helped me count and ready my coins for deposit. I really appreciate them for that. I wish I would've gotten their names to add on this post.

      I deposited checks on the branch and where not process correctly. By policy, it was supposed be only a one day hold on my checks unless they had a "reasonable cause", after 2 days hold on my cashier checks, I called to figured out what was the issue. To my surprise, they froze my accounts and was on thousands on the negative side (overdraft). They even took my prior funds that I had on my checkings. Then dipped into my savings account and took 1/3 of my savings. WTFreak!!!! That'll be the last time I deposit checks! and direct deposit.
