      My husband and I opened our account several years ago and we have never been disappointed with navy federal services. The people are very kind and professional and they treat you like your special and not just a number. We would and have recommended this bank to family members and friends. šŸ‘šŸ½

      They should just change the name to Bank of America! Itā€™s all about profits and not the members! I left this bank 2 years ago and recently decided to give them another try and well guess what? Itā€™s didnā€™t get better it actually just got worse!!

      I had to change banks. Omar (the guy that worked the front) at the radcliff, ky branch accused me of cutting the line. I was already in the line (with my wallet and phone left at the counter) and had to go back out to get my ID. In the span of the 15 seconds or so a lady walked in with me. The guy was really confrontational and not what you want to deal with when getting your money. The lady that walked in with me was assuring the bank associate that it's ok, but that wasn't good enough for him. Really caused a scene. I asked to close the account right then and there with absolutely no apology from anyone. Its the closest bank from my home, but it isn't worth the hassle. I really hope Noone has to experience this embarrassing from their bank.
