  I am very happy of Navy Federal otay lakes rd branch. They are very helpful with all transactions every time I come in. So happy also that this branch is near to my house and next to Ralphs groceries store. All I could say it has wonderful and Amazing staff and teller like Jesus, Sharon, Ian and Carlo's and they all very resourceful. Thank you Navy Federal otay lakes road branch!

  I would never come back to this branch. The members service here is super rude. I asked for two specific things to be done and it seemed to be a bother to the teller. They don’t care about the security of their members because the teller by the name of Rosie shared my information out loud including my balances to each of my accounts. She was super unprofessional after I told her multiple times of what needed to be done. The teller noticed that I became frustrated by her poor member service and still had the audacity to go back and forth with me about my request. Besides my poor experience they also mistreated an elderly member and didn’t help her at all and instead insisted that she does everything over the phone or online. Obviously she is there at the branch to get help because she’s doesn’t have the ability to access those type of things and for the teller to refuse service to her was just horrible. I reported my poor experience to a member service supervisor and hope that this does get escalated asap. This is not the way you treat a loyal member!

  I came into this branch to speak to a member service rep. While talking to me she blurted out all my private info. Address, phone number, and email. No regard for security. They don't have private offices. It's all wide open. And they wonder why peoples identities are stolen.
